Our Law Firm does not provide the following legal services to prospective clients:

3. Immigration Court Hearings (Removal/Deportation).
4. Asylum and Refugee Applications
   • Although we do provide Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, and Refugee Travel Document services for Asylees.
5. VAWA, U, and T visa services for victims.
6. BIA Appeals
7. O-1/P-1 Visas
   • However, we do offer EB-1A Green Card services
8. EB-2/EB-3 PERM Process
9. R-1/EB-4 Religious Worker Visas and Green Cards
10. EB-5 Investor Visa Green Card program
    • However, we do offer E-2 Investor Visa services.
